How can I pay?

You can pay by major credit or debit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) and Paypal securely and quickly. The charge will be made to the “Order Confirmation”. Payments by wire transfer are not accepted.

The order will be considered concluded only after the debit authorization received from the issuing bank and after the availability of the goods in the warehouse has been confirmed.

Is it safe to use a credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted form using an SSL protocol. To pay by credit or debit card, it is necessary to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value) code, which is the number that appears on the back of the credit card and works as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.


How much is shipping?

Shipping cost for Italy is € 6.00

Shipping abroad varies according to the delivery address chosen at the final purchase stage, the costs are processed automatically by the system.

Delivery times and methods: when and where will I receive my order?

ATMA – Feed Your Soul will send the items you ordered to the address indicated as “delivery address” within 5 working days from the time of purchase.

In Italy the estimated time for shipments is approximately 24/48 hours from the time of shipment (on working days). 

In Europe the estimated shipping time is between 3 and 5 working days from the time of shipment (depending on the country).

The estimated time of sending and delivery of the items are purely indicative and cannot be completely relied upon.

Where do you sell online?

On which days do you ship?

Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, national holidays and company closure periods.

All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting Monday morning.

Can I deliver my parcel to a different address than the one indicated?

Yes. You can enter all the data in the “Shipping address” space at the time of ordering.

What happens if the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery or if the shipping address is incorrect?

In case of failure (to) delivery to the address indicated by the purchaser in the order, a second delivery attempt will be made to the same address. If the courier fails to deliver the goods even on this second attempt, it will be stored in the logistic service’s warehouse closest to the delivery address. The costs of storage or redelivery to the same or other address will be charged to the buyer. Even if the data filled in the shipping address form, are incorrect or incomplete, the costs of storage or delivery to an another address will be charged to the recipient.

The customer can choose personally to collect the goods at the warehouse indicated by the courier.

Which courier service do you ship with?

The couriers service we use for shipments are GLS and DHL.

However, we reserve the right to use a different courier than those indicated in some exceptional cases.


Can I return goods? What is the time frame for making a return?

Yes. You can return goods.

The deadline for returns is within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

How can I make a return from Italy?

If you make a return from Italy, complete the return form before the expiry of the 14-day period from receipt of the goods.

After this time the return may not be accepted.

In the package originally received, you will find a shipping envelope in which you will have to enter the goods you want to return.

You will have to deliver the envelope containing the return to the courier at the time of your home collection.

It is not necessary to write anything on the envelope; the courier service will have to affix the appropriate label for the return.

Any costs for missed withdrawal will be charged to you.

The cost of the return is € 8.00 which will be withheld at the time of reimbursement.

For demands not satisfied by the return form you can contact us at [email protected], we will reply as soon as possible.

How can I make a return from abroad?

In this case you will not have to use our returns form, but you will have to send your clothes back to Atma – Feed Your Soul via a logistic service of your choice.

Contact us first by email at [email protected] to inform us of the ways in which you will send and to notify us of the products you wish to return.

Return costs will be charged to the buyer.

Can I return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition.

The goods must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging; the identification tag must be attached to the goods as an integral part of the goods. It is understood that only unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged products may be returned.

No refund will be provided for returns that do not meet the conditions of suitability of the returned product; in this case, the buyer will be able to obtain the goods in the state in which it was returned at their own expense.

How is the refund for the return of the goods made?

Once the goods have been received and viewed by the Company and the suitability of the return has been approved, Atma – Feed Your Soul will proceed to refund the buyer.

The refund to the purchaser will be paid with the original payment method chosen by the buyer, at the latest within 30 days from the approval of the return.

For Italy the return costs equal to € 8.00 will be withheld.

For foreign countries the return costs will not be withheld, as they have already been paid by the buyer.

No refund will be provided for returns that do not meet the conditions of suitability of the returned product; in this case, the buyer will be able to obtain the goods in the state in which it was returned at their own expense.

Can I use my own courier service to return the goods?

Yes. You can use your own courier service, in this case do not fill out the return form, contact us directly at [email protected] to agree on how to return the goods.

Once received the goods and the approval has been obtained from the company, Atma feed your soul will proceed to refund the buyer

Following the approval of the return, the refund* will be made by the company within 30 days from the approval of the return, and will be paid by the original payment method chosen by the buyer.

* In this case the return costs will not be deducted from the refund, cause already paid by the buyer.

Can I make a change?

For orders in Italy, you can make a return for replacement.

You will need to place a new order from our online shop first by entering the items you want in the cart and proceeding separately at a later stage with the return request for replacement via a special form (link).

In this case, at the time of refund, you will not be charged a return fee of € 8.00 which will be paid by Atma – Feed your soul.

For orders abroad Atma – Feed your soul cannot make returns for replacement, in this case the standard return solution from abroad is applied.

Where should I enter the promotional / discount code?

To take advantage of your promotional / discount code you will need to register your personal account and log in. In the final stage of purchase, when you are in the cart, enter the code in your possession in the appropriate space “enter discount code” and click “APPLY”.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Yes. You can request an invoice for your purchase at the time of order by entering your VAT number and specifying your request in the “NOTES” space. A copy will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in your account registration and / or inserted directly in the package that you will receive at the shipping address you indicated.

Will I get the same product I see in the picture?

Yes, except that the images and colors reproduced on the website may not correspond entirely to the real ones due to the internet browser and / or monitor used.

How do I know if my package has been sent? Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive, to the e- mail address indicated in your account registration, an e-mail directly from the courier service that will confirm that the shipment of your package occurred.

In the email you will find a link that will allow you to follow the progress of the shipment directly from the logistic service’s portal.

NB. From the moment the package comes into possession of the courier, delivery times no longer depend on Atma – Feed your soul.

What should I do if a defective item arrives?

The products offered for sale on the website are top quality models. Irregular products are not offered.

In the exceptional event that you receive a defective item, you can promptly contact Atma – Feed Your Soul by e-mail at [email protected] and request a return of the defective item.

Atma – Feed Your Soul reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods.

Once the goods are received, the company reserves the right to approve the suitability of the return, based on the conformity of the returned product, before making the refund * which will take place within 30 days from the approval of the return.

* In this case the reimbursement of the goods will be integral both from Italy and from abroad and all shipping costs, including returns, will be borne by Atma – Feed Your Soul.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel the order, as long as the order status allows it.

If the order has already been submitted, but not yet shipped, you can promptly contact us at [email protected] and request the cancellation of the order by indicating the number (example: order # 2266). You will receive a confirmation by e- mail.

Can I delete items from the order?

Yes. You can delete all the items you want from the shopping cart provided the order has not already been placed.

What should I do if I receive an item different than the one I ordered?

If you receive goods different from the one in the order placed, you can promptly notify Atma – Feed Your Soul of the circumstance by e-mail to [email protected] and request the return of the product.

In this case the refund of the goods will be integral both from Italy and from abroad and all shipping costs, including returns, will be borne by Atma – Feed Your Soul.

How can I be sure I made the purchase correctly?

You will receive an order confirmation email from Atma – Feed Your Soul by to the e-mail address indicated in your account registration.

The e-mail will confirm that the payment was successful and that the goods selected in the cart are confirmed and that your order is placed “in works state”.
